Tarpon are our most spectacular summer species and they have returned to our waters with a particularly feisty attitude this season. Over the past two weeks we’ve been catching the ‘poons’ up the creeks feeding the Indian River and off the beaches, just outside Port Canaveral and Sebastian Inlet.
